HE Angus Campbell AO has been accredited as Australian Ambassador to Belgium, Luxembourg, the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization since March 2025.

- Chief of the Australian Defence Force (2018-2024);
- Chief of the Australian Army (2015-2018);
- Commander Joint Agency Taskforce Operation Sovereign Borders, Department of Home Affairs (2013-2015);
- Deputy Chief of the Australian Army (2012-2013);
- Commander Middle East Area of Operations (2011);
- Head Military Strategic Commitments, ADF HQ (2010);
- Deputy National Security Adviser, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) (2009-2010); and
- First Assistant Secretary, Office of National Security, PM&C (2005-2009).

Ambassador Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), from the University of New South Wales (1985) and a Master of Philosophy in International Relations, from Cambridge University (1993).
